Adler Aviation Academy provides DGCA Ground classes for CPL as per DGCA syllabus for the subjects of Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Air Regulation, Technical General-Aircraft & Engines, and RTR(A).

The Academy offers to provide world-class training facilities for future Commercial pilots. We provide the best training from the ground classes covering all the basic knowledge of the following subjects that are essential for your DGCA exams (ATPL level). It improves the practical skills in flying airplanes. After the successful completion of our prescribed ground classes, it's up to the students to pursue their flying training according to their preferred country, where we have tie-ups with flying clubs that provide excellent training. It would help them to get selected in airlines globally.

About the Licenses

Requirements for Student Pilot License (SPL)

  • Minimum qualification of class 10 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Cleared Oral examination in Air Regulations, Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Aircraft and Engines as per the syllabus prescribed by the DGCA unless the student previously holds a Pilot’s license of a higher category
  • Class II Medical certificate from an approved DGCA Medical practitioner

Requirements for Private Pilot License (PPL)

  • Minimum qualification of class 10 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board
  • At least 17 years of age
  • Cleared written Examination in Air Regulations, Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Aircraft and Engines as per the syllabus prescribed by the DGCA
  • Class II Medical certificate from an approved DGCA Medical practitioner
  • Minimum of 40 hours of flight time as per DGCA Syllabus

Requirements for Commercial Pilot License (CPL)

  • The minimum qualification required is +2 with Physics and Mathematics or any equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University
  • At least 18 years of age for the issue of CPL
  • Class I Medical Certificate from an approved DGCA Medical practitioner
  • Cleared all the theoretical knowledge papers (Air Regulations, Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Technical General {Aircraft and Engines}) and RT exam
  • Flying training of minimum 200 hours as per DGCA Syllabus

Requirements for Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)

  • Minimum qualification of class +2 with Physics and Mathematics or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Cleared the written and oral examination in Air Navigation, Radio Navigation, and Aviation Meteorology as per the syllabus prescribed by the DGCA
  • Class I Medical Certificate from an approved DGCA Medical practitioner
  • Minimum flying experience of 1500 hours and holder of a CPL
